Put a set of Pirelli pzeros on my 914 when they were supposed to be their best performance tires. They were as bad as Goodyear R1 slicks in the wet. Used to say you could spit in front of the car and cause it to spin out.

Put new tires on my BMW 3 Series. Driving home from the tires shop I thought I had made a huge mistake. They were the worst tires I had ever driven on. They were not only slike and had no traction, they were horribly squirmy. Felt like they didn't have enough air. Checked the pressures when I got home and the tire shop had put 48psi in each! Bled them down to the 34psi listed on the door and they felt and performed great. Was disappointed a tire shop would do that.
