Yes.
I spoke with a number of large growers in Washington State and they now
compete for workers from Mexico and other countries because the penalties for using illegal aliens are harsh - as it should be. I have pictures of the air conditioned buses and the new dormitories they had to build to house the workers.
In fact, we met in one of the new dormitories.
The "Wall" is a series of efforts in my mind, not just a physical barrier; including border enforcement, immigration reform(s), enforcement of immigration laws to include those that hire illegals, etc.
