Yes it is, but that can be changed. You can't change the guide tube type. It's definitely a 72-73 box based on the case.
It looks pretty immaculate with a really nice 7:31 CWP set. I wouldn't sell it for less than $2500 and you might even be able to get $3k out of it if you are willing to wait a bit.
