My Dad had Crones and managed it well drinking Aloe Vera juice. Mixed it from a concentrate. In fact, after a couple of years his doc did some kind of exploritory surgery because all his symptoms stopped and the doc could not find crones any more. The doc said he was his only patient that the crones disappeared.
