Where it does not get in the way of anything, yet is easy to route wiring without it getting messed up or too hot.
Oh, and where the probe stays immersed in oil. And preferably in the flow not blocking flow, but so it is more accurate.
But I have not even stayed close to a Holiday Inn Express.
