Had a LOT of trouble with them, routinely have no internet at the house and have been trying to get them to do something. Finally decided I need to cut them loose, and the gal tells me it is 60 days from the time I say I have had enough. That seemed excessive, but, "It is our policy, nothing I can do." Chafed my ass enough that I
filed an FCC complaint. Less than 24 hours later, some VP in charge of unhappy campers called me and was ready to do anything he could to make me less unhappy.
Moral of the story: Comcast does not give a tinker's dam what their customers think, but they pay attention to FCC complaints.
