Yea, one of my high school buddies dad was a tow truck driver. Back in the stone ages of the 1970s there were very few foreign cars. His dad had a big ring of keys that could open the door of any of the big three makers.
No remote key fobs, cell phones, or internet. Certainly no Hyundai, Honda or Tesla.
