I've previously written the Michigan AG a couple letters of complaint against an online ticket monopoly which tried bait-n-switch on me, and a phone company which advertised coverage but didn't work anywhere in this solid 4G city.
The AG should be made aware of which companies are doing dishonest business within the state.
Both times the company quickly wrote well-composed (expensive) response letters, and sought a quick resolution.
