That was almost identical to my Dyno #s . 402hp 360 tq. I also noticed you said that your microsquirt was dumping fuel intake the engine. Mine did the same thing recently. I sent it off to diyautotune, and the fuel injector driver failed. They said it was a common problem. They actually fixed it for free, and did some kind of upgrade that made it more reliable. It also been to a highly recommend workshop to have a go at sorting out the terrible mess the previous shop did on the EFI.
Still have a few little issues to workout but its all getting better.
After removing the CIS fuel accumulator, installing a high flow fuel filter, reworking the fuel lines, installing a genuine Bosch 044 pump and some ECU tuning magic the car now makes 400HP and 360lbs torque     
The previous shop only managed to get 313hp and there workmanship/knowledge has been proven to be really poor.
