I tried venting to atmosphere with a small filter a few years ago but it left my engine bay covered with a fine mist of oil so I added a catch can. YMMV
A bit OT but, how’s the FrankinCIS working out ? Do you have a thread on it ? I’m super interested but my cars a 81 and doesn’t have lambda (no clue to how it’s actually spelled) so I don’t think it’s an option for me.
