It's easy to mount a turbo on a Harley. I saw a few R&D turbo Harleys in the 80s from Mr. Turbo. I would love to ride them now, I was 10 or so. An intercooler is a must. While the coatings are a excellent addition, you are still dealing with an air cooled bike. Stop light to stop light can be controlled, temp wise with fuel injection. Having a balance between stop light to stop light/ garage to highway/ to garage, is difficult.
I'm not sure what the advantage is, of moving the heads front to back. Maybe I misunderstood the comment?
Pro Charger offers a nice kit. I throttled a Fat Boy with a big engine and a intercooler. It's a nice balance. Ride it like you stole it, putt around town. Get into boost, it's loud!!! The blower wine is a nice touch.
