Drop the coin for this or the Schwaben.
Pro scanners are in the high 4, low 6 digit range but they are made for all cars and are comprehensive. Stupid unless you have a shop.
You need the maintenance clear capability. That will pay for it in two or just a few "clears".
Parameter ID's (PID's live data) is awesome.
Fuel trim can be a really good friend.
Not saying it's intuitively obvious to use but once you have access to the data you can get your search on with the help of an OBD code to push you in the right direction.
