Better. Punch them in the gut.
Write on their Facebook page what you experienced. Put a picture or evidence there with it. Be nice. Be a little curious. Why? If you come across as interested and wanting to problem solve, others will read your message, as you are not a wing nut. Make sure you tag chairreaction on this.
As a web company, this stuff hurts. You should get should get results. They may even change their practice.
I have done this. It is satisfying. Good luck!
