We generally pay cash for anything inside of a store, and use the checking acct. debit card for gas, takeout, and ordering online. We only put large purchases like appliances, and trips on a credit card, and usually have it paid off in a month or two.
No mortgage, no car payments (all paid off), and 20% into the 401K.
