The whole experience on Friday was surreal. Curt had the audacity to start off and say “your honor this is a case on credibility and character” and then he went on boasting about all of his businesses and how he has 50 porsches and how I’m a loser and liar that just wishes I could be like him. When the judge came back to me after they spewed 10 minutes of lies I literally said “your honor I don’t know where to begin as everything that you’ve just heard was factually a lie.” I went on to say that “I’m glad he made it about his credibility and character because what kind of character has a an automotive business that is not registered with the BAR? What kind of business kicks out a BAR investigator when he comes to get your side of the story? What kind of business has a suspended LLC with the state of CA? What type of honest business has 5 typos on his statement of information with the Secretary of State?”(this by the way is super shady as it’s an attempt to make it impossible for people that want to sue you to find out how to serve you properly.) I finished by saying that “your honor you have a hard job to do as you’ve heard two completely opposite stories but you’ve really only heard one story and that’s theirs, mine is the truth and I can back it up with facts. I have all the facts here for you see.”
