Crazy idea. But....
Make a custom sized pvc framework. Keep it low and legs angled out to add stability. Cover it with heavy tarp or plastic awning material. Should be quick and easy to take down for storage. Will probably need some type anchor or weight to keep it down in heavy wind. You might be able to clip the ass end supports to the garage.
Should be cheap.
