in such a building the work supervisor and safety supervisor should have assigned several levels of precautions.
Local workers should have had
spark sheets
wet things down
then they should have had fire watch for areas where they had spark or flame tools during the workday...
I know it's tedious, but that's what has to be done for things that can't be replaced.
Safety inspector should be working for a different company then the work company... checks and balances.let them argue ! cheaper then building rebuild..
