Move the lever up one notch. The bottom-most posistion is the delay mode. From bottom to top the functions are:
Bottom: Delay mode
Next: Off
Next: Slow mode
Top: Fast mode.
Also: on your dash there is a knob that adjusts the delay time while in delay mode.
