The guy that is VP of IT worked for us a long time ago. We were trying to get approval for cat 5 so we could do ethernet. He kept pushing for fiber and Novell.

Doesn't matter if what we had in place, how inexpensive it was or even how well it worked, he has broken it trying to make everything we have like the last company he worked for Whom spent at huge amount on theirs IT budget, they did software solutions not manufacturing. This is the first quarter since he has been hired that our profit based bonus did not make enough profit to pay a bonus. But hey, we are moving everything to the cloud so we don't have to manage servers and upgrading our internet connections to Gigabit.
