Milt what you said has lots of value but for me too much work . I'm burning the candle on both ends with too many projects , at some point I have to start enjoying retirement
The deck runs the entire length of the house so aprox. 60 ' in length . It is a nice space and adds value to the home in my opinion . But the deck boards are split/warped/cracked due to poor installation with nails way too close to edges/ends and negligence from previous owners on staining or sealing . Fortunately the structure is rock solid .
