WOW! You guys are amazing!! I will start to troubleshoot based on your suggestions.
Service in my area is a problem. I believe SubZero 'protects' service territories and in my area uses a local appliance repair company that doesn't seem to know the brand all that well. The nearest guy after that is twenty miles away and I'm not sure he'd come.
