Sounds good. Where are you going? Some of those 'foothills' in NorCal can get way too hot for me. It's too hot in Long Beach, 8 miles from the ocean. Of course 1/2 mile from the ocean is perfect...
... a perfect million for a starter home. I get you point about real estate.
