Yea, since I have no kids so I am a great expert in kids
I truly can't fathom why parents take their brats to an expensive nice normally quiet restaurant and just let em scream and yell like they are on the playground outside. And somehow they always seat the crying baby next to my table.
I do understand parents want to go out to eat in a nice place, but hire a babysitter, or eat at McDonalds or Chuck E Cheese.
