Neither can I.
We never took our kids to nice places when they were little and could not sit and behave. As in under 4-5 years old if memory is correct. The youngest is 15 now and a foodie. We actually drove 700 miles a few weeks ago to try a restaurant we saw on Triple D.
When we did go to louder places like sports bars or pubs of FGI Fridays type of places, I can remember taking turns walking outside with the kid because it was not about sitting at a table for over an hour.
We would NEVER take a baby or small child to a high end place, never. One of our favorite places is in Tampa called Berns Steakhouse, we took a long break from going there until our younger son was old enough to both behave an appreciate the experience.... and yes that place is an experience.
Bravo to that restaurant for laying down the law.
