I totally agree. My parents loved to go fishing. When I was in high school
I was really devastated to come home after work and the parents were gone fishing for the weekend and would not be back until Sunday afternoon. I adjusted quickly
I have a horse racing track about 6 miles south of me. In 30+ years I have been twice. They also have a casino, never been inside. We have the lottery here. I have yet to buy a ticket.
Of course when gambling was on the ballot it was going to solve the budget issues with education, and all teaches would get a huge raise. It never happened. Same thing with the lottery. I don't know how much we take in with the gambling, but I like it. I consider it a tax on the math impaired, and stupid people.
