Did I ever say I was a decent man?
Some pool players are degenerate gamblers. Here's proof.

As I mentioned in an earlier thread, my dad hustled pool when he was in college to help pay for tuition. His dad was dead by the time dad told me about his pool playing.
The weird part (at the time) is my grandfather, dad's dad, almost went ballistic when my brother and I wanted to walk down the street to play some pool with each other because we were bored hanging at the grandparents house. He grandpa was like Tab's mom on steroids and in a full rage. My brother and I quickly knew we were not going, but he ranted for a lot longer. We had never before seen him so mad.
I learned much later in life that my grandpa was a bit of a hooligan and well known for fighting, and drinking in the bars around the stockyards in Oklahoma City. He nickname was Red, because his face would get very red with rage when he was drinking and playing pool, and smoking, and fighting. Doing all the things he was afraid my brother and I would do if we played a game of pool in a pool hall.
