Just checking in for a friend who has a 968. Is there a good Short Shift Kit that shortens the throws, without just sawing off the shifter. Also, is there a good way to tighten the shifts. He said his has more play than it should. Perhaps some bushings that should be replaced or shims that can be put in somewhere? How can we can we get my friend’s 968 to shift like a dream? I read some of the above posts and looked at the Lindsey one. But was wondering if there’s anything new on the market that may be a better solution than 10+ year old posts might reveal. Thanks!
