I don't know if any of you guy caught the WEC race at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps for 6 hours.
Snow overnight before the race, sun in the morning.
Then during the race, rain lots of rain. Then some snow, then a bit of hail and snow.
One bit of wisdom imparted by the announcers:
Ice is always icy, sticks are not always sticky.
I have "raced" at PCA event in 100+ heat, well below freezing, a few dozen times in the rain or wet, but mostly in the sun and dry conditions. Roebling Road was 120+ heat index. Snow and hail would be a total no go for me.
I will not post results and spoil it for anyone that has yet to watch.
