Great update, Kav. I've been looking forward to it!
Watching that process (and the frustration makes me wonder why the pin is there if you can't rely on it! Assuming the later model style cams with the bolt is no easier to deal with. Really there has to be an easier way! Especially since you have to re-do the process after sealant.
I have a few of the same dial indicators as you - did you get the SIR tools Z-blocks from our host, and did the extensions fit the indicators well?
