you know those pre-marinated meat bags? sous vide in bag?
been googling.
the bags are BPA-free. any reason you cant soak the label off (or not) and drop it into a hot bath to sous-fide the darn things? you cant get a more sturdy bag for sure. my janky ziploc isnt a better option for sure with respect to leakage.
anyone try this? no weird third-nipple pop anywhere..purple glowing stools?
i'm thinking those premarinated tri-tips.
