Not Brisboats, but a CA dealer. I would just walk them through the process of posting on BAT. You can do all the leg work for them, re communicating with BAT, figuring out the reserve, etc. Once its all arranged, pass it over to your friend's brother. If you are simply helping them with the process and not actually buying the car, I do not believe you are doing anything illegal.

When the car sells, just walk them through the DMV stuff as well.. If you would like some assistance re keeping your seller safe in making sure they have their paperwork in order, an AS-IS agreement, etc, let me know and I would be happy to assist any way I can(not asking for anything).
