For 30 years (on and off) I have had a recurring nightmare that the grind to finish my graduate education would NEVER get over..........
Before that it was forgetting or missing classes in undergrad or high school..........
Education was a necessary, tedious, painful, prison sentence for me.......... I could NOT wait to get it done and get on with life! That internal conflict still haunts a bad dream every once in a while.
