I've never had to buy one, the last place I worked had pratt and Whitney gas turbines. they were around $1.4 mil each factory-refurbished.
But to throw out a WAG, I'd say around $4 mil for bare engine depending on options and specs.
The installation labor and auxiliary equipment are where the $$$$$ really pile up.
If i were to budget a combined cycle facility from scratch with engines, generators, waste heat boilers etc. it could easily his $200 mil.
