I remember this day, the day a chain tensioner went out. That's why I took these photos while waiting for my Kiwi neighbor to come and tow me back to roost a couple of miles away. Fortunately this happened just before the only stop light within miles. I'd just gotten the MFI pump back from Mark Jung, and I was punishing the motor, foot into it, then braking hard, back and forth. Italian tune up?

So many on this forum had told me, change out the original chain tensioners. I didn't listen, and fortunately I was lucky. Thereafter I found a NOS 930 set on yahoo Japan auction for about 700usd.

Sorry these photos aren't so great. If I get inspired, I may snap a few in the morning down in storage say interior etc. It's due to be started up just to keep the batteries charged and brought up to temperature.
