Marco is good enough to race but not elite enough to win.
Pagenaud needs to send Bordeaux a very large bottle of something special. If Seabass had given Rahal a little room there wouldn't have been a red flag and Pagenaud wouldn't have had the fuel to make it to the podium no less a win. As has been said a million times, the track picks the winner.
