When I first moved to Oklahoma City, I picked a doctor that was close to my house, and looked like Marcus Welby, and he was a good doc. He was always 30 to 60 minutes late. One time I had an early 8:15 appointment. At 8:45 I just went to the back looking for him. He was sitting at his desk in his office reading the newspaper. I walked in, and I told him to instruct the nurse to collect my records, and that he was fired. I will find a doctor that respects my time. This was back in the 1980s so long before computers.
I found a different doctor and we got along great until the bum decided to retire on me. My current doc is younger than I am. That was weird at first.
