The government does not owe you, if you are a junky. Help is available, if you choose to seek it. If not, you have 2 choices, prison or death. The government still pays for both. Take your pick.
Our county gives away billions, to other countries to "help" their residents. Why do we not focus on what happens in the US? Where is that money going? Why do they want to come here?
