I have what appears to be a bone stock 10/22 that I use to split playing cards at 25 and (with enough scope) 50 yards.
In reality, while it is all factory parts it has been worked over. Barrel recrowned, barrel tennon cut back a tad and chamber recut to match dimensions, bolt face trued to barrel tennon face, headspace set precisely, and some trigger work (hair over 2lbs and crisp). Feed it some low end match ammo (SK Std+, etc) and it is one .22 diameter hole at 25 yards and not a lot bigger at 50. At 100 (again with enough scope) I can keep MOA at 100 yards.
