Can I do this? My 4 year old CVs have begun clicking again. 
Since I'm a college frat boy, I'd rather spend money on beer insted of new axles.

yes, you can repack them, then flip them over and they will not click. i've rebuilt the ones on my 924 and 944 several times and each "rebuild" cost me $30 each time. no clicking to be heard.
