What time is that? I am curious.

If it were my 15 y/o I would say that would be around 10-11 am.

I go to bed every night between 10-11 pm, and wake every morning before 6 am. My alarm goes off at 5:50 it is a rare day when I am not awake laying there thinking and waiting for it to go off. Sometimes if I know I have a busy day I just get up before it.

We were just on a long weekend / short vacation up in the smokey mountains, by 8 a.m. my wife and I had already walked 2-3 miles all 3 days we were there and back at the house getting ready for the day and making breakfast.

As time passes does the "natural" wake up time get later? I would feel cheated if I woke up after 8 am, like I just wasted the day, especially in the winter time.
