Yes. I get up Mon-Fri between 5:15 and 6am (whether I work from home or go into the office). If it weren't for the dogs, I think it would take me 2-4 weeks before I was staying up well past midnight and waking up at the same time as your 15 yo. I've always been like that.
I can get used to getting up early, and I like being up early and getting things done early. My wife does too, but we could/would both shift to a night owl schedule in no time flat if we didn't have any reason not to.
