It should be a fun toy once the 5 speed is in and the new rear end. One big issue may be oil leaks once you get it through a few full heat cycles.
One of the guys that used to come to our autocross has an 240Z, that is a POS rusty gutted track whore. Just 4 big tires, and a LOUD exhaust. He has fun, and that is the important thing. He was the one guy that had a car older than mine out there. Well, we do have one member that brings out his 64 912 on once every few years.
