The weather tech mats in my Tacoma are 4 years old now and still look as good as the day I bought them except for them being dirty a lot. I was ruining the stock rubber mats in my FJ Cruiser so I purchased a set of Weather Tech mats for it so I can preserve the OG mats, especially since Toyota stopped making them.


The point of this thread was stuff made in America, please start a great products made in China thread if you want.

I think there was a thread on here where the OP finally figured out in his 60's, sometimes buying something good once is better than buying cheap crap over and over again.


I figured that out in my 30's. I prefer to buy a good quality product built to last over cheap crap I have to replace over and over again.

My backyard dining set cost me $1200, it was made locally and is made of teak wood. I expect to have it for many many years and it looks fantastic.
