I have never had to go that route, but I will.
I also have no problem parking a 5th wheel trailer or trailers in the driveway.
They can come outside, and I will change the locks. Lets call the police, lets go to court.
It's easier not renting to scumbags, but if I am fooled, I will deal with them.
