Maybe its time for me to invest in rentals in your state. Sounds like its too good to be true. If you do that here, their lawyers will crawl up your ass to reach your breakfast faster then you can move that trailer. But then again, rent here is about 3500- 4500 bucks for a single family in a middle of the road neighborhood near town
