Central Oklahoma roads are giant chess board. Lots of straight lines. At our other house before we moved here, we went up a road called Hyw 77. It was arrow straight for miles, except when the road came to "survey correction line" and there was a single S curve designed for a top heavy semi to take a 55 with no worries. We used to tell my wife to hold on, the "curve" is coming up. That was about it for the 90 mile drive up to my in-laws house.
If you get down to the southeast and eastern parts of the state it gets into the mountains, and the national forest areas and much like Arkansas, and lots of fun curves. It is just a long way to get there. If you go up towards the panhandle the trees are very few and far between.
