i need to do more preventative maint on my body!!

i already FBI, nightly and sometimes daily. FBI = Floss, brush, irrigate.

i exercise 3x a week on my mountain bike. i need to up that..and i need to effen eat better!!. my car and stuff is easy by comparison.

and SUNSCREEN!! friggen sunscreen!!
