Okay, now we know some information.

Where is your main fuse box? Is it in the engine compartment, or is it under the dashboard?

Just so you know, the later 1985 944n/a was called the 1985.5 version and Porsche also changed the dashboard configuration.

Are you getting spark, air, fuel to the rail?

BTW>>>Jumping the alarm system will do nothing, unless of course you actually have an alarm system. ( Hint, key location in body right near driver's door handle AND you will have a sensor near the firewall/fusebox location in engine compartment. ) If you do have the sensor and the alarm system is activated, the car will not start with the engine hood open.
