Thanks for the input. We've cleared it up, it was simply a "fulmakt" (power of attorney) for my wife to sign so that I could be cleared to sell my portion of the property (or take out a loan using the property as collateral to buy another 911!
). However, the translation was completely lost on many of us till I had a real estate investor friend in Stockholm straighten it out for me. The Swedish "legalese" on this one was far above my paygrade (and many others in my family as well).
