(Apparently it is to some around here,) but I would think the undersecretary of infrastructure or whatever would be the go to person for such a thing. It is just a paint scheme for government aircraft.

I pretty much agree with Island again here (holy shiit, I must be ill!!!
), but would add that our current Prez is
only in office to, "make liberal heads explode", (any heads, really, other than his own, which he pays certain women, and probably some men, to do for him), on the largest stage he could imagine for himself. AKA -the guy is only doing this president job for personal entertainment and in the attempt to pump his yuuugggeeee, yet ridiculously child-like and fragile, ego. The joke is on us, of course.
